Q: What custom apparel services do you offer? A: We specialize in custom t-shirt printing, screen printing, embroidery, and full color DTF/heat transfers on tees, hoodies, polos, hats, workwear, uniforms, and promotional apparel. If you need branded merch or team/club spirit wear, we’ve got you covered. Q: How do I get a quote for custom shirts or embroidered apparel? A: Fill out the “Request a FREE Quote” form that is on all the product pages and send your artwork, garment style, colors/placements, and quantity. We’ll confirm the best decoration method (screen print, DTG, embroidery) and provide a fast, itemized quote that will include any bulk order discounts if applicable. Q: Is there a minimum order? A: Screen printing has minimum 25 pieces due to setup. Embroidery has low minimums. DTF are great for short runs or no-minimum orders. Ask us what fits your design and budget. Q: Do you offer bulk pricing or wholesale rates? A: Yes-tiered bulk discounts for businesses, schools, teams, and event organizers. Share your estimated quantities and re-order frequency for a customized wholesale plan. Q: Can you help me choose the right garment brand? A: Absolutely. We carry favorites like Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Next Level, Comfort Colors, Carhartt, Nike, Port Authority and more. Tell us your target fit, feel, and budget and we’ll recommend the best blank apparel.

Turnaround, Shipping & Rush:
Q: What is your turnaround time for custom apparel? A: Standard production is typically 7-10 business days after proof approval and payment. Complex jobs or large quantities may take longer; rush order printing is available on request Q: Do you offer rush orders? A: Yes— when capacity allows. Let us know your in-hands date and we’ll quote expedited production and shipping options. Q: Do you ship or offer local pickup? A: We ship both local and nationwide with tracking for a small fee. Local pickup is available— ask at the time of ordering.
Artwork & Design:
Q: What artwork files do you accept? A: Best results come from vector files (AI, EPS, PDF with curves). High-resolution raster files (PNG, TIFF, PSD) at 300 DPI at print size also work. If needed, we offer art build, art cleanup and vectorization. Q: Can you match my brand colors? A: Yes-Pantone (PMS) color matching is available for screen printing and embroidery thread. For DTF, we’ll get as close as the process allows and provide digital proofs. Q: I don’t have a design-can you create one? A: Our in-house design team can turn your idea, sketch, or reference into production-ready artwork, including logo recreation, type layout, and mockups.

Q: What’s the difference between screen printing and DTF? A: • Screen printing: Best for bulk orders, spot colors, and durability. • DTF transfers: Versatile full-color option that works on many fabrics and is ideal for quick turn or complex art. Q: When is embroidery the best choice? A: Embroidery is ideal for polos, hats, jackets, uniforms, and corporate apparel, offering a premium, long-lasting look. Q: Do you print numbers and names for teams? A: Yes—we offer player names, numbers, and roster personalization for team uniforms and league jerseys. Sizing, Samples & Proofs Q: Can I see a sample or proof before production? A: You’ll receive a digital mockup showing placement, size, and colors. Physical samples can be produced for an additional fee and time. Q: Do you offer size ranges including youth and extended sizes? A: Yes youth to extended adult sizes depending on brand and style. Ask for a size chart before ordering.

Care, Quality & Guarantees
Q: How should I wash custom printed shirts? A: Wash inside-out, cold, gentle cycle; tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on the print or embroidery. Q: What if there’s an issue with my order? A: We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right with print quality or the garments you received, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
Payments, Taxes & Policies
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept major credit/debit cards, cash and ACH. POs are accepted for approved accounts. Sales tax applies where required. Q: What is your cancellation and return policy? A: Because items are custom-made, cancellations are limited once production begins. Returns are accepted only for defects or workmanship issues per our guarantee. Q: Can I reorder the same design later? A: Yes-your art files, thread color charts, and print specs are saved for easy reorders. Bulk pricing may still apply.

Q: Do you offer eco-friendly print options or garments? A: We can source organic cotton, recycled blends, and water-based or PVC-free print options when the design allows. Ask for sustainable apparel recommendations.
