How Our Wholesale DTF Transfers Process Works

We make ordering wholesale direct to film transfers incredibly simple. First, click on the Place Your Order red button below. Fill out the information page and go to the second page of the form to upload your artwork files. You can also choose standard color prints or our new enhanced prints. Your designs should be clear (300 dpi or above) with no background. Send your files in .png, .jpeg or pdf format. Do not send a .ai file. Our expert team reviews your design for perfect print quality. Next, we produce your vibrant transfers using premium inks & paper. Finally, we prepare them quickly so you can start pressing apparel immediately. Orders placed before 10AM Monday thru Thursday and 9AM on Fridays are ready for same day pickup. Is there a minimum order quantity for your custom DTF transfers?

Not at all! Whether you need a single transfer to test a new design or thousands for a large wholesale order, we have absolutely no minimums for our Direct to Film (DTF) transfers. This flexibility makes it easy for small businesses, schools, and local Albuquerque brands to order exactly what they need without worrying about excess inventory.

To ensure your transfers look vibrant and crisp, please submit high-resolution files at 300 dpi. We accept PNG, PDF, or vector files. Make sure your design has a transparent background, as any background color left in the file will be printed. If you need help preparing your artwork, our friendly in-house design team is always happy to assist!

One of the best things about our full-color DTF transfers is their amazing versatility! Unlike some traditional printing methods that are limited to standard cotton, our DTF transfers apply beautifully to almost any fabric. You can confidently press them onto 100% cotton, polyester, cotton-poly blends, nylon, rayon, and even leather. They are perfect for t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and bags.

Applying our DTF transfers is a quick and simple process, provided you have a commercial heat press. We recommend pressing the transfers at approximately 280°F using maximum pressure. Once pressed, you can peel the film off while it is still hot (hot peel). We provide detailed pressing instructions with every order to ensure your designs look professional and last.

Our wholesale DTF transfers are highly durable and completely wash-resistant. Because we use premium PET film, high-quality inks, and top-grade adhesive powder during our in-house production, the designs will stretch with the fabric and won’t easily crack or fade. When applied correctly and washed inside out, your custom apparel will maintain its bold, vibrant colors wash after wash.
